The Ownership

Jason Jaffray and Ashley Bresden are a brother-sister team that grew up playing hockey and then both continued on to be successful in their hockey careers. Both of them worked at Edge Hockey Schools for five years while they trained during the summer to go to their pro hockey team or University come September. The experience and relationships have stuck with them for over a decade!

Jason’s wife, Michelle, while traveling the world as a wife/mom coached gymnastics in any city she could during their travels around the world with different teams. Now that Jason is retired, Michelle is able to stay in Olds and is the head coach for the Olds and Carstairs Gymnastics Club. 

Ashley’s husband, Ryan, grew up playing hockey himself and also went on to be successful in his hockey career, playing in the AJHL for St Albert Saints and then moving to University hockey before settling down as an elementary school teacher around Edmonton. He has continued his passion for hockey by dedicating his time to coaching minor hockey teams in Beaumont. 

Between the four of them, they are excited to take Edge to the next level. They want to give ALL kids an opportunity to learn from great instructors and not only become better hockey players through these camps but to give kids memories that will last them a lifetime!
