Withdrawal Policy

• 60-Day Notice Requirement
  Participants may cancel their enrollment in a camp 60 days prior to the start date. A full refund will be issued minus a $75.00 administration fee.

• No cancellations (except for medical reasons) will be accepted with less than 60 days' notice.

Medical Exceptions

• Medical cancellations within the 60-day period must be supported by a doctor’s letter and will still be subject to the $75.00 administration fee.

Non-Refundable Items

• Jersey Cresting and/or Lunch Program: Fees for these items are non-refundable once within 60 days of camp, regardless of cancellation reason.

​

During Camp

• If a participant becomes ill or injured during the camp, we are unable to offer refunds once the camp has started.

• If a participant is asked to leave camp due to behavioral issues, no refund will be issued.
