Cancelation Policy
Participants may cancel their enrolment in a school 60 days prior to the start of that school or camp; they will be given a full refund minus a $75.00 administration fee.
No cancelations, other than medical, will be accepted with less than 60 days notice before the start of a camp. There are no exceptions to this policy. Medical cancelations with less than 60 days notice must be accompanied by a doctor’s letter and are subject to the $75.00 administration fee.

No refund will be issued for jersey cresting or lunch program for any reason 60 days prior to camp.

If an illness or injury occurs during camp, we are unable to refund registration. There are no refunds once camps start.

If a child is asked to leave camp due to behaviour issues, there will not be a refund issued.
