Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal Policy: June 15, 2026

Participants may cancel their enrolment in a camp by our withdraw deadline JUNE 15, 2026. A refund of the Camp will be issued minus a $75.00 administration fee.

Jersey Cresting: Is non-refundable from the date of purchase and will not be included in any refund, including the cost of the jersey.

No cancellations (except for medical reasons) will be accepted past June 15, 2026.

Payment & Account Standing Policy

Accounts with payments over 15 days past due, more than two overdue payments, or two declined payments will be required to pay in full to maintain their registration in the Edge Hockey School Camp. Failure to do so may result in removal from the program.

Medical Exceptions
-
Medical cancellations after June 15, 2026 must be supported by a doctor’s letter and will still be subject to the $75.00 administration fee.

Lunch Program: Is non-refundable after June 15, 2026.

Non-Refundable Items

Jersey Cresting: Fees for these items are immediately non-refundable from the date of purchase (Including the Jersey) regardless of the reason for withdrawal. ​

If the your selected jersey size does not fit your athlete, members will be required to purchase a new jersey and cresting.
Jersey Sizing During Camp: Please note that jersey sizes available during the camp will be limited, and we cannot guarantee that your desired size will be in stock. To avoid issues, we strongly encourage careful measurement and selection during registration.
Tip - When in doubt go a little bigger to insure it will fit your athlete if any growth occurs between registration and the camp start date.

During Camp

If a participant becomes ill or injured during the camp, we are unable to offer refunds once the camp has started.

If a participant is asked to leave camp due to behavioural issues, no refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Items
Jersey Size

If you selected a Jersey Size that does not fit your athlete, you will be required to purchase a new jersey and cresting.

Jersey's will be available during the camp but are limited, and we cannot guarantee that your desired size will be in stock. We strongly encourage careful measurement and selection during registration.

Jersey Cresting

Jersey cresting fee is immediately non-refundable from the date of purchase (including the cost of the Jersey). This included withdrawals or if the Jersey does not fit the athlete.
Payment & Account Standing Policy
Overdue Payments

Any overdue payment will result in an email notification via Uplifter. Payment must be made within 24 hours to keep your account in good standing.

Accounts with more than two (2) overdue payments will be required to remit payment within 24 hours. Failure to provide payment will result in removal from your program registration.
Declined Payments

Any declined credit card payment will be subject to a $20 fee. The outstanding payment plus the $20 fee must be paid within 24 hours to maintain good standing.

Accounts with more than two (2) declined payments will be required to pay in full by e-transfer within 24 hours. Failure to provide payment will result in removal from the program.

Account Standing & Removal

Removal from Edge Hockey School due to account standing issues will result in forfeiture of all previous payments made.

Development Skates Policies
Withdrawal Policy:
Deadline June 15, 2026
Participants may cancel their enrolment by June 15, 2026. A refund of the Development Skate will be issued minus a $50.00 administration fee. No cancellations (except for medical reasons) will be accepted after June 15, 2026.
Medical Withdrawal Exceptions
Medical cancellations after June 15, 2026 period must be supported by a doctor’s letter and will still be subject to the $75.00 administration fee.
Withdrawal Non-Refundable Items

Withdrawal During Development Skates
If a participant becomes ill or injured during the Development Skates, we are unable to offer refunds once the Skates have started.If a participant is asked to leave the Development Skates due to behavioural issues, no refund will be issued.
